Our story

We built it for
ourselves first.

Basic AI's founders have spent years running their own companies out of Guadalajara — consulting, industrial equipment distribution and logistics. To keep that daily operation going they built their own software: management systems, quoting tools and warehouse platforms that are still running in production today.

Over time, clients and suppliers of those companies started asking for that same software. The demand stopped being occasional, and in 2026 they decided to make it official: that is how Basic AI was born — dedicated to building for others the systems they used to build only for themselves.

That is why we don't design from theory. Every system we deliver is thought through by people who have lived the operation that system has to solve.
