1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using the Basic AI website (usebasicai.com) or hiring any of our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, we ask that you not use the site or our services.
2. Description of the services
Basic AI offers artificial intelligence consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to: website development, AI agents, custom software, sales automation workflows and training courses. The specific scope of each service is defined in the corresponding proposal or contract signed by the parties.
3. Quotes and proposals
Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include VAT (IVA) unless specified. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
4. Payments
Payment schedules are agreed per project and set out in the corresponding proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an advance payment to begin. Payments are non-refundable once the work corresponding to that phase has started.
5. Intellectual property
Once the project has been paid in full, the client acquires the rights to use the deliverables developed specifically for them. Basic AI retains ownership of its methodologies, internal tools, libraries and reusable components. Basic AI may include the project in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement provides otherwise.
6. Client responsibility
The client agrees to provide, in a timely and proper manner, the information, access and materials needed to carry out the project. Delays attributable to the client may change the agreed delivery dates.
7. Limitation of liability
Basic AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or deliverables. Basic AI's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question. AI systems can produce inaccurate results; the client is responsible for supervising their use in critical processes.
8. Third-party services
Our deliverables may integrate third-party services (for example: hosting providers, AI model APIs, messaging platforms). Use of those services is subject to the terms and fees of each provider, which are independent of Basic AI.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information they receive from the other party as a result of the business relationship, and to use it only for the purposes of the project.
10. Modifications
Basic AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect when published on this site. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.
12. Contact
For any questions about these terms, write to us through this site's contact form: usebasicai.com/en/contact.
