Basic AI, with its address in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, LFPDPPP). 2. Data we collect
We may collect the following data when you contact us or hire our services: full name, email address, phone number, name of your company, job title, and information about your business operation needed to provide the service. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Your data is used to: (a) respond to your requests for information and quotes; (b) provide the services you hire; (c) issue invoices; (d) follow up on the business relationship; and (e) as a secondary purpose, send you information about our services that may be of interest to you. You may object to the secondary purposes at any time by writing to us.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it only with service providers acting on behalf of Basic AI (for example: hosting services, communication tools and invoicing tools), who are required to protect your information, or when required by a competent authority.
5. Contact form
The data you send us through this site's contact form is stored in Google Workspace tools managed by Basic AI, and its processing is also governed by Google's privacy policy. We use that information only to handle your request and follow up commercially, through the contact channel you chose.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience and obtain aggregate usage metrics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may be affected.
7. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as to revoke the consent you have given us. To exercise them, send your request to leonardot@usebasicai.com stating your name, the data over which you wish to exercise your rights and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
